The Subject Area

CollegeName-CourceCode-Title-Subject

Subject: Over here you key in what concern or problem you could have (Deadline Issue, Missed Test Issue, HW Problem #45etc). Remember to keep it brief, no longer then 5 words.

Try to keep things simple, clear and to the level. By that I mean no 2-page messages or fancy fonts and color, remember your first priority would be to communicate your message never to showcase your e-mail editing skills. What to Bear In Mind

- Offer a minimum of one weekday for Professors to reply back, before sending another mail.

- Avoid sending numerous duplicate e-mails at any one given time.

- Attempt to send emails during weekdays and when possible during the Professors office hours.
